Is there any relationship between Advance Pharmaceutical Trading Co., Ltd. and Advance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd?
Advance Pharmaceutical Trading Co., Ltd is the subsidiary of Advance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Providing various professional services such as: brand marketing, OEM production, warehousing and logistics, cross-border services, etc.
Why the products are discontinued? I have been using it long time already
Our professional purchasing team and pharmacists source directly from around the world, strictly selecting products suitable for Hong Kong market, and will adjust product assortments in response to market demand and trends.
Do I need to create an online account before shopping?
No. You can use guest mode or log in to your account to complete your purchase.
How to return or exchange an item?
Generally, no refunds/exchanges will be accepted if the order has been submitted and paid for. If you find any problems with the goods, please contact our customer service department within 3 working days of receipt. Please email the order number, registered name and phone number to cs@apc within 3 working days of receipt. We will follow up with you as soon as possible. Late requests will not be accepted.
I can't complete the checkout process, what can I do?
If you've entered all your information correctly and you're still unable to checkout, we'll need more information for follow-up. Please email your registration phone number, email address and screenshot of the relevant page to cs@apc.com.hk for further follow-up. Service hours are: Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00), except public holidays.
When will I receive the ordered products soon?
We will deliver the goods within 5 working days after the order is paid. The delivery time may be affected by holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). When the No.8 signal or higher is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the delivery service time will be delayed. (This information is for reference only, the actual situation depends on product inventory.)
